FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Altron Wins UnifyRT Insight Phase I SBIR

Charleston, South Carolina – September 22, 2020 – Altron announced today that it has been awarded a Phase I SBIR from the NAVSEA department of the US Navy for “Real-time Insights for Combat System Integration and Testing”.  The objective of this program is to develop an innovative, rapid, iterative capability to monitor, visualize, and assess combat system interface traffic in real-time during integration and testing of combat systems.

This product, known as Unify Insight is a logical extension to Altron’s UnifyRT logging and monitoring solution developed under previous Navy SBIR grants.  With the Unify Insight extensions, the UnifyRT product suite will now have:

  • Enhanced network monitoring capability
  • An enhanced user interface
  • Alerts for interface and application anomalies

Roger Grayson, Altron’s Chief Engineer, said “Numerous government agencies and commercial organizations are dependent on mission-critical ecosystems of large systems of systems.  With UnfiyRT and the Unify Insight extensions, developers, testers, and system operators will now have better insight into the overall operation of the system, and time-consuming and costly monitoring processes will be streamlined and improved.”
