Leadership

Altron’s senior management team is comprised of accomplished executives with well over 20 years of leadership experience working with small businesses, large businesses, and the federal government. They are responsible for the growth and continued success of Altron, as well as maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with our partners and clients. Our leadership prides themselves on maintaining and nurturing direct relationships with our clients. Providing our clients with direct contact to the leadership team facilitates our ability to respond decisively and quickly to their needs. Our leadership has made a significant investment in building a strong financial platform and robust internal controls.

Mike Innella

Mike Innella

President

Mr. Innella is an experienced senior level technology executive with extensive success in leading Government Contracting (GOVCON) organizations, particularly those with a focus on IT and Professional Services. Mike is known as a results-focused strategic visionary and business change leader who leverages technical expertise and business acumen to institute initiatives creating positive change, efficiencies and increased profitability. Mike is especially noted for building and motivating highly competent teams to implement his vision and initiatives.

Mr. Innella holds a B.S. in Computer Science from University of Maryland, as well as an M.S. in Computer Science and a Certificate in Software Systems Engineering from George Mason University.

Mike Gercken

Vice President

Mike Gercken became Vice President of Altron in 2009 when the company merged with Provident Analysis Corporation (PAC), an IT solutions and services firm he co-founded. He is responsible for all aspects of delivery of Altron’s engineering services and technology solutions. Mr. Gercken has over 20 years’ experience in pioneering and developing engineering and technology solutions for government and commercial clients. He has been involved in all aspects of software and systems engineering, including enterprise architecture planning, applications development, tactical systems development, and commercial system development.

Mr. Gercken holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, as well as an M.S. in Computer Science and a Certificate in Software Systems Engineering from George Mason University.

Brad Brisson

Brad Brisson

Vice President

Brad Brisson is Altron’s Vice President of Finance and Professional Services and has nearly 15 years of experience working with Altron. He began his career with Altron in 2005 as a Processing Manager at the Charleston Passport Center and was promoted to the corporate office in 2007 as Operations Manager.

Mr. Brisson also serves as Altron’s Facility Security Officer (FSO) to ensure compliance with our US Government customers’ security requirements and performs program management duties for several of Altron’s contracts.

Mr. Brisson holds a Bachelor’s degree of Political Science from the Citadel. He was awarded his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2009.
